LeTesha Reese-Jackson grew up in the Butler Houses. She graduated from Jane Addams Vocational High School in 1995 as class valedictorian. She attended Manhattan College in Riverdale, NY majoring in accounting. While attending college, LeTesha volunteered secretarial and accounting services for her local church. She also interned as a tax compliance analyst for Ernst and Young. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in May 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She started her career in July 1999 at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York as a business support analyst for their Corporate Accounting Department. LeTesha has held several roles in her 20 plus years at the Federal Reserve including settlement services, project management, and payment monitoring. She is currently the Account Services Manager for a Cash Management Team of the Central Bank Services Division, where she leads a staff that handles investment services and liquidity management for over 200 central bank customers. LeTesha still lives in the South Bronx with her husband. Outside of work, she enjoys interior design and decorating as well as listening to R&B and gospel music.
